God looked upon the waters and the firmament and saw there was a huge, gaping hole in the sounds that Man should enjoy. He had sent Jimi Hendrix in the decades of yore and told him, "Thou shalt tune thy guitar thusly." And after the LORD punched Jimi's return ticket, then commenced the huge, gaping hole.
